Ajax Hotel

I travel frequently for both work and leisure, but I’ve rarely felt as genuinely welcome as I did during my stay at this hotel. It was my first time in Cyprus, and the hospitality I experienced - especially from Mr. Nikos - made it feel like a home away from home. I rarely leave reviews but this one will be lengthy. From arranging taxis and offering excellent restaurant and bar recommendations to safely storing my luggage so I could relax before a late-night flight, Nikos went above and beyond at every turn. His kindness, attentiveness, and great sense of humour truly stood out. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and the food was delicious - everything I needed for a great stay. One moment in particular summed up the exceptional service: I accidentally left my perfume in the room and only realized it on the way to the airport. While one staff member initially said nothing had been found, Nikos personally followed up, asked around, and moments later, the cleaning lady arrived with my perfume carefully packed in a bag labeled with my room number. It’s rare to encounter people who care that much. The world could use more individuals like you, Nikos. Thank you, sir!

I had a delightful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom absolutely sparkled—clearly, attention to detail is a priority here. My room on the 5th floor offered a lovely, peaceful view, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and always available, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay, this place won’t disappoint!

The room was clean and pretty nice overall. We liked that it had extra pillows in the closet. The button options for cleanup, do not disturb etc were a very nice addition.

Very accommodating receptionist. He helped us and allowed us to have a late check out because we came in late and would stay up very late for a wedding. The bed in the room was super comfortable and the shower was nice. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean. The hotel rooms looked very modern (nice door & doorbell). Overall quite a good hotel.

We stayed at Ajax Hotel from 8-9 of April. When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that we got upgraded to an executive room. The room was very spacious and modern, with a magnificent view of Limassol and hotel's outdoor pool, as we were on the 5th floor. The room was shiny clean as well as every part of the hotel. We also visited the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, a really good place to relax in Ajax Hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a 4 and 5 star hotels combined. It had everything you can imagine. Even fish fillet, pancakes, oat meal, and many different breads to choose from. There's also a table that has traditional Cypriot food, such as haloumi pie, olive pie, tahini pie, Cypriot delights, and rose squash. The best part was 1 hour before checking out. Our room door knocked, and they told us that they were coming from the restaurant. When I opened the door, I saw a lady with a champagne and she asked me, "Who's birthday is today?" Well, yes, it was my birthday. They may find it out from my ID that I gave them upon arrival, as I didn't tell anything to anyone about my birthday. She gave me her warmest wishes and gave me a complementary champagne as a gift from the hotel. This is something I'll never forget, and it definitely gave Ajax a special place in my heart. This hotel surpasses a lot of 5 star hotels. I'm so glad I decided to turn 20 at Ajax Hotel.
